Use as a Heating Pad

Heat in microwave for 30-second intervals until warm. Do not overheat/burn.

Use as a Cooling Pad

Freeze for 2 hours to use for cooling.

Care Instructions

This bean bag should be spot cleaned when necessary. Compost at end of life.
