Billing Terms and Conditions

Payment

All payments are due upon completion of order. If payment is declined or no payment is received, the order will fail to complete and products will not be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of products due to non-payment.

We accept the following forms of payment: Amazon Payments, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, PayPal, ShopifyPay, and Visa.

Collection Costs: In the event that Hyssop Beauty Apothecary L.L.C. must pursue collection of any unpaid balance, including but not limited to chargebacks, bounced checks, or unpaid wholesale invoices, you agree to be responsible for all costs of collection, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

In the event that any account is turned over to a collection agency or attorney for collection, you agree to pay all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
