Return your product(s) in all original packaging, and ship your return in a traceable manner. Hyssop Beauty Apothecary holds no responsibility for lost or damaged return packages. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges or custom -made products.

Returned merchandise by mail will be refunded within 3 business days.
