Respiratory Issues

As a Naturopathic Doctor, I know how important it is to take care of ourselves; specially Spring so many people are allergic to pollen. I bought the Eucalyptus shower spray and it was exactly what I needed for my clients. I have a spray bottle in my practice so if they are congested I have them going in the far infrared sauna for about 20 minutes and then take a break for about 10 minutes and the final step is a steam shower with the eucalyptus spray, it is God sent all mucus come out and smells great also. I highly recommend it.
