Adult XL Cotton Face Masks

BREATHABLE COTTON

Our 100% Cotton Face Masks are handmade locally by sustainable haus mercantile in Summit, NJ. They are constructed using two layers of high-quality upcycled cotton fabric with a tight weave for the best filtration possible while remaining breathable. These cotton face masks are machine washable and reusable.

Reversible

One side is a pattern, the reverse is generally a solid color or simple pattern, such as a stripe. 

Handmade

These are handmade items. As a result, the fabric placement and design varies on each individual mask, and no two are exactly the same. Once a design sells out, it is unlikely that it will be available again in the future.

Adult XL

This is our largest size, measuring 14.5" end-to-end, including elastic. 

The fabric portion measures 8.5" wide.

SIZING TIP: If you are in-between sizes, we recommend always sizing up. Masks can be adjusted to fit more snug.

Face Mask Fit

A small hand stitch in the elastic on each side can make the mask fit a little tighter.

Tie a small knot in each elastic to size down.

You can also add a strip of knit fabric to use as a tie behind your head. This option works well if your ears feel sore or irritated when wearing a face mask.

If you still have trouble with the fit, contact us and we'll arrange for the maker to adjust your mask at no additional charge.

Care Instructions

Wash before using. Machine wash in hot water. For best results, wash these in a fine washable bag. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry or line dry.

If you choose to iron, use the warm setting, not hot.

Sustainability

Our cotton face masks are handmade locally by a sustainable business. They clean and sanitize upcycled fabric and then create new, useful items. Did you know that it takes over 600 gallons of water to grow enough cotton for just one mens cotton t-shirt? That's enough drinking water for one person for 2 years.
