Use for minor aches and pains and cramping, or just to stay warm or cool down. Comes with a sweet poem on the front label - perfect for gifting to a loved one!

Use as a Heating Pad

Heat in microwave for 30-second intervals until warm. Do not overheat/burn.

Use as a Cooling Pad

Freeze for 2 hours to use for cooling.
